About Jackie

A little background on me! I was raised in Luling Texas, a small oil town where my life in fitness and being a role model began. All throughout my young life I did everything I possibly could Cheerleading, softball, volleyball, even played 3 different instruments in the band. If the school offered it and I was allowed to do it, I did it with everything I had. My junior year in high school tried out and made All-American Cheerleader, which made me able to travel all the way to London England to perform in the New Year’s Day parade. It was an amazing experience and I will never forget how amazing it was to get the opportunity to go to the U.K!

At seventeen years old, I graduated, moved in with my high school sweetheart Chase and we have been together ever since. He is literally my Rock, swole-mate, and best friend! We currently live in Harlingen Texas with two labs, Reba, and Shyla.

After high school, I had ideas of what I wanted to be but never pursued any of them do to fear. I wasn’t happy with how my body handled all the changes and went into an uncomfortable stage of bad habits and completely forgot about my love for being active. I knew I always wanted to be a Personal Trainer but for years, I was afraid and put it off. So I worked two jobs, went to college, and eventually realized that I wasn’t doing what I wanted so I became this miserable person with all these excuses. I worked out occasionally but wasn’t giving it my all.

Finally, after 3-4 years of trying to finish school and working two jobs at a time. I finally built up the courage to take a Personal Training Test and I passed!! Like the flip of a switch, I became who I wanted to be. A trainer who could not only help people in fitness, I became my own hero. Since then I have been training clients in person and online as well as tackling life goals with the hopes of inspiring people to go after their dreams. Though I am certified in Training, my knowledge goes far beyond what my books have provided me with. Learning health and fitness is a never ending job, I still to this day learn new things and I pass my knowledge on to my clients so that they too can be successful. I have researched about nutrition, training specializations, injury prevention, and Bodybuilding competition preparation. A personal goal of mine at 21 was to become a trainer before the age of 24 which I did and then compete in my first Bodybuilding show before the age of 25. I prepped myself for my very first NSL show and won 1st in my division, got my Pro Card and then took the overall in the Bikini Athletic Division. It was definitely a night I will never forget!

My Journey this far has been absolutely phenomenal and I have met so many amazing people within this industry. My Life goal is to show people that the impossible is possible and to teach everyone how to be proactive in their lives, get fit, and live a healthy balanced lifestyle. Become the best version of who you are and all that you want to be. With my experiences, I want to be walking proof that anything you set your mind too can be done.

If I could give some advice or something to live by it would be three things. 1. Never underestimate yourself! If you put in all of your efforts and know without a doubt that you gave it 150%, you will never fail. 2. Everything you want is on the other side of fear and 3. You vs. you, every day for the rest of your life. That is your pursuit.
